My Director of Finance seems to think because there are 52 weeks in a year and there are 7 days a week that we are over paying our employees. 52x7=364
We are paid on a biweekly basis which is our gross salary x 26= annual salary. Because there is 365 are we over paying the employees by the one day? When I do the math it just does not seem that we are over paying.
